用3~H-Leu渗入法测定雄性SD大鼠性发育前期(Test 1)、开始排精(Test 2)和成熟后(Test 3)离体股四头肌蛋白质代谢对游泳耐力训练的效应。在Test 1,蛋白含量mg/g肌组织较高,4周后在Test 2略降低,实验组(Group 5)和对照组(Group C)间无明显差异,继续训练8周后,在Test 3中Group S明显高于Group C(P<0.02)。而DPm/g肌组织以Test 1最低,Test 2中两组均明显增加但未见组间差异,而在Test 3 Group S明显高于Group C(P<0.05)。与此相应的DPm/mg蛋白质却未见组间差异。提示在性发育时期,耐力训练对肌肉蛋白质代谢的影响可能小于自身发育的变化。
The 3 ~ H-Leu infiltration method was used to determine the effects of excretive quadriceps protein metabolism on swimming endurance training in Male SD rats during Test 1 and Test 2. In Test 1, the protein content in mg / g muscle tissue was higher, slightly lower in Test 2 after 4 weeks, there was no significant difference between Group 5 and Group C, and after training for 8 weeks, Group S was significantly higher than Group C (P <0.02). However, in Test 2 group, Test 1 Group S was significantly lower than that in Group C (P <0.05), while Test 1 was the lowest in DPm / g muscle tissue.
