科技部科研院所技术开发研究专项资金项目“智能交/直流电源测试系统”由成都电焊机研究所、北京工业大学和成都三方电气有限公司共同研制完成(该系统设备型号为ZDC-2000AD)。2005年4月28日,四川省科技厅在成都主持召开了“智能交/直流电源测试系统”项目科技成果鉴定会。 以哈尔滨焊接研究所林尚扬院士为主任、四川大学黄念慈教授为副主任、重庆大学艾雍宜教授、江苏科技大学方臣富教授、核工业西南物理研究院宣伟民教授级高工、中国测试技术研究院刘浙华高工、重庆自动化仪表研究所周爱华高工等专家为委员组成的鉴定委员会。首先听取了项目组长杨庆轩高工的项目研究工作报告、项目技术负责人宋永伦教授的研究
