肾素血管紧张素系统是调节体内液体量,维持血压的重要激素。人体烧伤后导致肾素血管紧张素系统的变化,本文报告10例烧伤面积为10～92％的病例,血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)均值较正常人升高,差别有高度显著性(P<0.001)。
The renin-angiotensin system is an important hormone that regulates the amount of fluid in the body and maintains blood pressure. In the present study, 10 cases of burns with a burn area of 10-92% were reported. The mean of plasma AT Ⅱ was higher than that of normal people (P < 0.001).
