党性教育不能单纯地理解为是“教”与“学”的关系,而应该看成是涉及党建诸多环节改革创新的系统工程。党性教育要正视党内存在的各种利益倾向问题,不囿于理想化的道德期待,解决党员特别是党的领导干部对党性教育的信服度和认同感问题;党性教育需要引入更多体现现代社会政治价值观和政治理念的内容和案例,引导领导干部从权威人格向现代政治人格转型;党性教育还需要有一个适当的制度环境。
Party sex education can not be simply understood as the relationship between “teaching” and “learning”, but rather as a systematic project involving the reform and innovation in many aspects of Party building. The Party’s sex education must face up to the various interests and tendencies existing within the party, embody the idealistic moral expectations, and solve the problem of the party members ’and especially the party’s leading cadres’ conviction and recognition of the party’s education. Party education needs to introduce more modern Social and political values and political concepts of content and case, guide the leading cadres from the authoritative personality to modern political personality transition; party education also need to have an appropriate institutional environment.
