在初中政治课堂教学中,通过语言对学生进行鼓励,让学生能够树立学习初中政治的信心,进而能够提高初中政治课堂教学的有效性,让学生在学习过程中养成自主创新能力。教师对学生的鼓励,能够引导学生对政治学习的充满积极性,让学生在课堂上掌握主动权,因此针对激励理论而进行了相应的研究。
In junior high school political classroom teaching, students are encouraged through the language, so that students can establish their confidence in learning junior high school politics, so as to improve the effectiveness of junior high school political classroom teaching and enable students to develop independent innovation ability in the process of learning. Teachers’ encouragement to students can lead them to be full of enthusiasm for political study and give them the initiative in the classroom. Therefore, the research on motivation theory is carried out.
