在市场机制条件下运作的企业,葆有竞争力的关键是寻找和采取最佳的管理方式,充分调动和发挥每一位员工的工作积极性和工作创造性,以使本企业相对同等技术水平的竞争对手,具有最基本的优势—人的优势。 什么是最佳的管理方式呢?这是每一个有眼光的管理者一直在探索和实践着的课题。 从企业管理大至经历的发展阶段看,它们有一个共同和相似的特点,都是以明显、明曰、明确、硬性的规定,按章办事。忽视了人的个性特点;只能让人出力,不可能使人尽心,无法将人的聪明才智充分调动、发挥出来。这种管理在目前被概括为一种“硬管理”。
