新世纪后,随着我国基础教育课程改革的全面实施,很多传统名校与基础教育改革逐渐疏离。传统名校在师资队伍素质、校长领导水平和学校办学资源上具有明显的优势。传统名校和普通学校在教育改革中有很多共性,二者之间实际的联系也很密切,这使得传统名校发挥改革示范效应成为可能。要让传统名校发挥优势,真正参与、引领中国的基础教育改革,还需要传统名校内部成员自身努力,高校、科研院所给予专业支持,政府部门给予政策引导。
After the new century, with the full implementation of the basic education curriculum reform in our country, many traditional elites and graduates of the basic education gradually alienated. Traditional elite has obvious advantages in the quality of teaching staff, the leadership of the principal and the school running resources. The traditional elite schools and ordinary schools have many commonalities in education reform, and the actual connection between the two is also very close, making it possible for the traditional elites to exert the demonstration effect of reform. For the traditional elite schools to take full play of their advantages and genuine participation in leading the reform of basic education in China, the internal members of the traditional elite schools also need their own efforts, and universities and research institutes to provide professional support and government departments to give policy guidance.
