我国供电企业要想在电力改革当中占有先驱,就必须往市场化方向推进,这也就意味着市场公平竞争是我国供电企业在未来发展道路上前行的前提条件。那么,在市场化改革不断深入的大环境下我国的供电公司必须要细化企业的用电营销管理以及增强企业迎接未来竞争的能力,这些课题最根本的是要在企业内部管理上寻求突破。因此,为了保证供电企业电力营销业务的持续发展,我们必须改革供电企业电力营销业务的管理模式,本文就针对供电企业电力营销业务数字化管理模式进行了详细的研究。
In order to occupy a pioneer in the electricity reform, China’s power supply enterprises must advance in the direction of marketization, which means that fair competition in the market is a prerequisite for the future development of China’s power supply enterprises. Then, under the environment of deepening marketization reform, the power supply companies in our country must refine the power marketing management of enterprises and enhance the ability of enterprises to meet future competition. The most fundamental issue of these issues is to seek breakthroughs in the internal management of enterprises. Therefore, in order to ensure the continuous development of power marketing business in power supply enterprises, we must reform the management mode of power marketing business in power supply enterprises. This paper studies the digital management mode of power marketing business in power supply enterprises in detail.
