为了测定锶-90,本文叙述一种HNO_3-HDEHP-正庚烷体系中萃取子体产物钇-90的正交试验设计的方法。试验所获得的最佳条件是,钇在pH0.8时用10%HOEHP的正庚烷溶液萃取,用0.2-0.5N HCl洗涤有机相除去干扰核素,为下一步的分析用6N HNO_3溶液振摇实现反萃取。按照选定的条件,在95%的置信水准上钇的回收率是94.12±2.64%。由此建立一种高选择性的测定环境样品中锶-90的方法。
In order to determine the strontium-90, this paper describes a method for the orthogonal design of yttrium-90, a product of the extraction of HNO3 in a HNO3-HDEHP-n-heptane system. The optimal conditions obtained in this experiment were that yttrium was extracted with 10% HOEHP in n-heptane at pH0.8 and the organic phase was washed with 0.2-0.5N HCl to remove interfering nuclides. For the next analysis, 6N HNO3 solution Shake to achieve anti-extraction. According to the selected conditions, yttrium recovery was 94.12 ± 2.64% at 95% confidence level. Thus, a highly selective method for the determination of strontium-90 in environmental samples was established.
