执行是连接战略目标与结果之间重要的中间环节,是不可缺失的必要环节,是直接影响预期目标实现与否的前提条件。在企业的日常运作中,执行无时无刻都在产生影响。企业的执行的贯彻力度的大小,主要体现在各个部门和组织对既定的战略目标、战略方案,以及进行实施的能力的上。本文通过一些实例和国有企业普遍存在的执行力不强的现实剖析了执行力不强的原因,并根据其原因提出了国有企业如何提高执行力的具体方法措施。
