我公司近年来以机电总承包的身份承接不少高端民用项目,在2005年承接的上海的12万m2的五星级港资项目酒店中,我们严格按酒店减振消声技术规范的要求安装了空调循环泵的减振系统,但在系统进水及水泵循环后不久,出现减振弹簧倾斜,泵进出口处软接头受不明外力影响变形的现象。酒店管理方按他们在其他酒店的管理经验,让我们对水泵采取了限位措施,对软接头采取了拉杆处理。虽然保证了运行安全,但减振效果受到了影响。我们决心找到真正的原因,公司让我支持这项工作,希望能从根本上解决这个问题。经过一年多的查阅资料、认真分析和模拟试验,我们从理论上制定了一套做法。从2008年的上海香港名都城大性商业项目开始,在征得业主同意下,将我们的这一解决方案用于实际工程检验,取得的非常好的效果,业主也很满意。2010年之后,经过进一步改进,我们又在多个香格里拉酒店工地上取得了成功,愿将这一经验方法与大家共同探讨一下。

After more than a year of access to information, careful analysis and simulation tests, we have formulated a set of practices in theory. Starting from the 2008 Hong Kong MTR Metropolitan Commercial Property Project in Hong Kong, owners agreed with their consent to use our solution for actual project inspection. We are very satisfied with the excellent results achieved. After 2010, after further improvement, we have succeeded in several Shangri-La hotel sites and would like to share this experience with others.
