用V2 O5 HNO3 H2 SO4催化消化冷原子吸收测汞仪测定法测定生物制品中硫柳汞含量具有测定结果精确 ,易重复 ,且简便 ,快速。用硫柳汞标准作标准曲线 ,线性回归方程为Y =1.2 796X - 6 .6 0 45ⅹ 10 - 4 ,相关系数r为 0 .9999。用该方法作 30批次样品内标回收率试验 ,平均回收率为 99.8%± 2 .8% ,变异系数CV为 2 .0 %。该方法是目前测定生物制品中硫柳汞含量较理想的方法 ,建议推广使用。
The determination of thimerosal in biological products by V2 O5 HNO3 H2 SO4 catalytic digestion and cold atomic absorption mercury determination has the advantages of accurate and reproducible determination results and is simple and rapid. Using thimerosal standard as standard curve, the linear regression equation is Y = 1.2796X - 6.6045ⅹ10-4, and the correlation coefficient r is 0.9999. Using this method for 30 batches of samples internal standard recovery test, the average recovery was 99.8% ± 2. .8%, coefficient of variation CV was 2.0%. This method is currently the ideal method for the determination of thimerosal in biological products, which is recommended for general use.
