蚕豆用途广,蛋白质含量高,可作粮食、食品原料、蔬菜等;青茎叶可作饲料、肥料.蚕豆与谷类作物轮作,可以改良土壤理化性质,培肥地力.我省为东南沿海种植蚕豆主要省份之一,分布在霞浦、福清、长乐、莆田、龙岩等县、市,地方品种资源较为丰富,近年来又有一批选育品种问世.现将搜集的地方品种6份,选育品种8份,共计14份,通过田间试验鉴定分述如下:
