目的:探讨军队护士幸福感与护士工作绩效之间的相互关系。方法:采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)实施问卷调查,采用总体幸福感问卷结果和本组“优秀护士”所占比重分别作为心理健康水平和护士工作绩效评价指标。结果:本组样本“优秀护士”与总体幸福感存在相关性(P<0.01)。结论:军队护士工作绩效与护士幸福感存在相关性,通过心理干预提升护士幸福感、改善心理健康水平,有助于提升护理工作绩效。
Objective: To explore the relationship between the happiness of nurses and the performance of nurses. Methods: The questionnaire was conducted using the GWB, and the results of the overall happiness questionnaire and the proportion of “excellent nurses” in this group were taken as the indicators of mental health and nurse job performance respectively. Results: The sample “excellent nurse” correlated with overall well-being (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a correlation between job performance and nurses’ happiness in military nurses. Psychological intervention can improve happiness and improve mental health of nurses, which helps to improve nursing performance.
