本实验以心肌外膜电图和病理改变为指标,对人参提取液在急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用进行了观察。冠腺结扎2h后给予再灌注。45min后开始用药持续至再灌注后1h。冠脉结扎后心外膜电图R波振幅和Σ.ST均明显升高,NST明显增加。再灌注后对照组R波振幅和Σ.ST急骤下降,病理性Q波数较再灌注前明显增多,治疗组R波振幅和Σ.ST下降程度及病理性Q波数明显低于对照组。冠脉结扎后24h和再灌注后2h心肌超微结构改变治疗组较对照组轻,实验证明人参提取液对缺血心肌有保护作用,能减轻缺血后再灌注损伤.
In this experiment, the role of ginseng extract in acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was observed using electromyogram and pathological changes of the myocardium as indicators. Reperfusion was given 2 hours after coronary ligation. The administration of the drug continued after 45 min until 1 h after reperfusion. After the coronary artery ligation, the R wave amplitude and Σ.ST of the epicardial electrogram were significantly increased, and the NST was significantly increased. After reperfusion, the R wave amplitude and Σ. ST of the control group decreased rapidly, and the pathological Q wave number increased significantly compared with that before reperfusion. The R wave amplitude and spasm of the treatment group were significant. The degree of ST decline and pathological Q wave number were significantly lower than the control group. At 24 hours after coronary artery ligation and 2 hours after reperfusion, the ultrastructure change of myocardial tissue was lighter in the treatment group than in the control group. Experiments showed that the ginseng extract had a protective effect on ischemic myocardium and could reduce ischemia-reperfusion injury.
