以甜菜夜蛾2—3龄幼虫为供试虫,对国内外首次发现的甜菜夜蛾颗粒体病毒(Laphygmaexiguegranylosisvirus,LeGV)进行了生物测定.在23—25℃相对湿度70%—80%下其样品死亡机率值与浓度对数值的回归方程是y=0.45x+3.76(r=0.99),LC50=572.4颗粒体·mL-1,LC50的95%置信区为158—2084颗粒体·mL-1.甜菜夜蛾不同龄期幼虫对LeGV的敏感性不同,初孵幼虫敏感性最强,2、3龄次之,4龄幼虫极不敏感.此外,贮藏期温度对LeGV感染力的影响也进行了初步研究.
The 2nd instar larvae of beet armyworm were used as test insects, and the bioassay of Laphygma exiguegranylosis virus (LeGV) was first carried out at home and abroad. The regression equation of the probability of death and the logarithm of concentration at the relative humidity of 70% -80% at 23-25 ℃ was y = 0.45x + 3.76 (r = 0.99), LC50 = 572.4 granules · mL -1, and the 95% confidence interval for LC50 is 158-2084 particles · mL-1. Beet armyworm larvae at different instars of LeGV sensitivity of different initial incubation larvae the strongest susceptibility, followed by 2,3-year-old, 4th instar larvae extremely insensitive. In addition, the influence of storage temperature on the infectivity of LeGV was also studied.
