培训医学专业人才的紧迫性是众所周知的,但培训方法尚有进一步探讨的必要。我没有研究过培训人才的理论,只能根据个人经历中的实践谈谈体会。我是一个旧中国医学院培训出来的医师,在旧社会医院里工作过一段时间,以后又在新社会医院里工作过更长的一段时间。毕业后初数年是接受培训的过程,以后又承担培训年轻一代的任务,这段过程经历了半个世纪。前阶段与后阶段处于不同条件中,正好可供对比。如果要概括地提出培训人才的方针,我想,应当更快和更多地培训出符合我国
The urgency of training medical professionals is well-known, but the training methods are still necessary for further exploration. I have not studied the theory of training talents. I can only talk and experience based on the experiences in personal experiences. I was a doctor trained by an old Chinese medical school. I worked in an old social hospital for a while, and later I worked in a new social hospital for a longer period of time. The first few years after graduation are the process of receiving training. Afterwards, they also undertake the task of training the younger generation. This process has been going on for half a century. The pre-phase and post-phase are in different conditions and are just for comparison. If we want to outline the guidelines for training talented people, I think we should train more quickly and more in line with our country.
