介绍了以碳酸钠为脱硫剂,采用铁水冲罐法进行脱硫的试验。考察了铁水温度、碳酸钠消耗量和喷吹氧气对脱硫效果的影响,并比较了碳酸钠与氧化钠的脱硫和脱磷效果。试验结果表明铁水温度为(1 350±20)℃,碳酸钠消耗量为15 kg/t时有助于脱硫;与氧化钠具有较高的脱硫和较低的脱磷能力相比,碳酸钠有适中的脱磷和脱硫能力;向铁水表面喷吹氧气可以减少铁水温降,由于增加了铁水和渣中的氧势,脱硫能力显著降低。还考察了碳酸钠脱磷过程中铁水的铬、钒和碳含量的变化情况,铬含量几乎不变,钒几乎全部被氧化进入渣中,而w(C)大约减小了0.2%。
Described the use of sodium carbonate as desulfurization agent, the use of molten iron cans for desulfurization test. The effects of hot metal temperature, sodium carbonate consumption and oxygen injection on desulfurization were investigated. The effects of desulfurization and dephosphorization of sodium carbonate and sodium oxide were compared. The experimental results show that the temperature of hot metal is (1 350 ± 20) ℃ and the consumption of sodium carbonate is 15 kg / t, which is helpful for the desulfurization. Compared with the high desulfurization of sodium oxide and the lower dephosphorization ability, Moderate dephosphorization and desulfurization capacity; spraying oxygen to the surface of molten iron can reduce the temperature drop of molten iron, desulfurization ability is significantly reduced due to the increase of oxygen potential in hot metal and slag. The changes of chromium, vanadium and carbon content in molten iron during dephosphorization of sodium carbonate were also investigated. The content of chromium almost remained unchanged, and almost all vanadium was oxidized into the slag, while the w (C) was reduced by about 0.2%.
