宣传思想工作是企业思想政治工作的重要内容。近些年许多同志在这一方面都进行了有益的探索,研究新理论,探讨新认识,创造新方法,使企业的宣传思想工作能够逐渐适应市场经济条件下企业发展的需要。我认为,基层单位在企业中的宣传思想工作要想做好,离不开以下几方面的工作:一、领导重视和支持是保证企业宣传思想工作与其它工作一样,没有领导的重视和支持是做不好的。领导重视和支持的程度与企业宣传思想工作做的好坏成正比。首先,有的企业领导或者不重视宣传思想工作或者简单应付,甚至不管不问,这样的企业中的宣传思想工作一定是做的
