工程前期项目相对主体工程建设其规检小、战线长、施工环境差,往往承包人重视不够、业主方协调事务多、合同管理难度较大。为达到合同约定任务的完成,需要相关人员的充分有效的协作。应认真研究业主方可提供的边界条件,尽量减少合同执行中出现的变更索赔;应及时审核承包人提出的变更,保证项目在合理造价范围内有序建设。
In the early stage of the project, relative contracting of the main project is less regulated, long battle line and poor construction environment. Often, the contractor does not pay enough attention to the matters and the coordination of the owner side is more and the contract management is more difficult. In order to achieve the completion of the tasks agreed in the contract, adequate and effective coordination of relevant personnel is required. The boundary conditions that the owner can provide should be carefully studied to minimize the change claims arising from the execution of the contract; the changes proposed by the contractor should be promptly reviewed to ensure the orderly construction of the project within a reasonable cost.
