针对Ⅱ类自燃煤层矿井潞宁煤业公司22109工作面采空区CO异常涌出,分析了采空区CO异常涌出的原因,通过在工作面建立调节风门与局部通风机联合均压通风系统,有效抑制了采空区CO异常涌出,使工作面CO浓度稳定在《煤矿安全规程》允许浓度以下,工作面与输送带下山压差稳定在950~1 050 Pa,保证了工作面的安全回采,通过实践证明了采用均压通风方式治理煤矿采空区小窑连通处CO异常涌出的可行性和有效性,对类似条件矿井具有借鉴意义。
Aiming at the abnormal emission of CO in goaf area of 22109 working face of No.2 coal seam spontaneous coal mine, the reason of abnormal emission of CO in goaf is analyzed. Through the combination of regulating damper and local ventilator with equalizing ventilation system , Which effectively suppressed the abnormal emission of CO in the goaf and stabilized the CO concentration in the working face below the allowable concentration in the “Coal Mine Safety Code” and the pressure drop between the working face and the conveyor belt stabilized at 950-1,050 Pa, which ensured the safety of the working face Through practice, it is proved that the feasibility and effectiveness of using pressure equalizing ventilation to manage the abnormal emission of CO at the small kiln communication place in the goaf of coal mines is of great significance to mine with similar conditions.
