目的 探讨慢性中耳炎听骨链病损部位与气导听力损失在语言区的相关性。方法 选取 70例有明确手术指征的慢性中耳炎病人 ,根据术中所见 ,听骨链病损程度依其部位分为 G1:病变位于槌砧关节以前 ;G2 :病变位于砧镫关节以前 ;G3:病变累及全部听骨。将其语言区气导阈值与术中所见听骨链病损程度进行均数的两两比较 ( q检验 )。结果 各组之间在 50 0 Hz和 10 0 0Hz及 G1/ G3在 2 0 0 0 Hz均有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ;G1/ G2、G2 / G3在 2 0 0 0 Hz有显著性差异( P<0 .0 5)。结论 听骨链病损部位与气导听力损失程度在语言区有明显相关性
Objective To investigate the relationship between hearing loss in otolaryngological lesions and chronic otitis media in the language area. Methods Seventy patients with chronic otitis media with definite operation indications were selected. According to the intraoperative findings, the severity of ossicular chain lesions was classified into G1 according to their location: before the anvil joint was located in the lesion; G2: prior to the anvil joint; G2 : Lesions involving all the ossicles. The linguistic area air conduction threshold and intraoperative findings of ossicular chain lesions were compared in terms of the mean (q test). Results There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the groups at 50 0 Hz and 100 Hz and at G1 / G3 at 2000 Hz; G1 / G2 and G2 / G3 at 20 000 Hz was significantly different (P <0. 05). Conclusion The severity of hearing loss in ossicular chain is significantly related to language loss
