进入到信息化时代,信息技术成为了社会发展的主导,推动着社会各个领域发生着日新月异的变化。在信息技术的带动下,互联网技术快速升级,也为各项管理事业提供了创新服务。人事档案管理,存在着档案行业的特殊性,既涉及到个人的隐私,也属于是高度的机密,在信息技术环境下,已经实现了信息电子管理和网络信息化管理。云计算作为信息技术的一项革新,也为人事档案管理提供了可能。本文着重探讨人事档案信息化管理的各种途径。
