随着国家将房地产作为新的经济增长点,央行利率下调,以及政策倾斜和按揭贷款投资的支持,投资住宅将成为投资理财的一条新航线。房市和股市一样,也有其相应的周期。我国前几年房市周期为5～8年,与经济发展周期大致同步,因此投资住宅这种投资理财方式应该说是正当其时。
