采用力学性能、金相分析等方法 ,对汽轮机螺栓的断裂进行了分析。分析结果表明 ,螺栓在长期高温运行过程中 ,碳化物沿晶析出导致晶界弱化 ,从而在应力作用下形成疲劳源 ,最终产生疲劳断裂
The fracture of steam turbine bolts was analyzed by means of mechanical properties and metallographic analysis. The analysis results show that during the long-term high temperature operation of the bolts, the grain boundary precipitates along with the carbide to weaken the grain boundary, thereby forming a fatigue source under the stress and finally producing the fatigue fracture
