目的分析2008~2012年邢台市肺结核感染情况及变化趋势,为结核病防控策略提供依据。方法利用《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》结核病专报系统,对不同职业、不同性别和年龄组人员肺结核感染情况进行统计和分析。结果 2008~2012年,邢台市各级结防机构累计接诊疑似肺结核和肺结核患者72 202例,登记活动性肺结核患者18 503例,年均登记率为55.16/10万,登记率呈下降趋势(χ2活动性=38.65,P<0.01);涂阳、涂阴患者的年登记率分别为34.74/10万、20.42/10万,涂阳登记率呈下降趋势(χ2涂阳=99.53,P<0.01);涂阴登记率呈上升趋势(χ2涂阴=11.13,P=0.025)。感染者以农民最多,为15 979例,占86.36%,呈逐年上升趋势。男性活动性肺结核患者年均登记率(70.84/10万)高于女性(37.12/10万),男、女活动性肺结核患者登记率差异有统计学意义(χ2登记率=1722,P<0.01)。15~64岁年龄组15 118例,占81.71%,呈逐年上升趋势。结论 2008~2012年邢台市的结核病疫情呈逐年下降趋势,但仍处于较高水平,进一步加大结核病防治工作力度,全面有效地推行现代结核病防控策略。
Objective To analyze the status and trend of tuberculosis infection in Xingtai City from 2008 to 2012 and provide basis for tuberculosis prevention and control strategy. Methods The “China Disease Prevention and Control Information System” tuberculosis reporting system was used to conduct statistics and analysis of tuberculosis in different occupations, genders and age groups. Results From 2008 to 2012, a total of 72 202 cases of suspected tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis were admitted to the prevention and treatment institutions in Xingtai City. 18 503 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were registered, with an average annual enrollment rate of 55.16 / 100 000 and a decreasing registration rate χ2 activity = 38.65, P <0.01). The annual registration rates of smear-positive patients and smear-negative patients were 34.74 / 100000 and 20.42 / 100000, respectively. ); The registration rate of shade increased (χ2 = 11.13, P = 0.025). Conclusion From 2008 to 2012, the epidemic situation of TB in Xingtai City showed a declining trend year by year, but it was still at a high level. TB control efforts were further intensified to effectively and effectively implement the modern TB control strategy.
