本文介绍了鞍钢烧结总厂和钢铁研究所共同研制的计数管式放射性同位素矿浆浓度计的简单工作原理、性能和指标;介绍了仪表多次工业试验的情况和结果。实践证明,仪表性能稳定,工作可靠;仪表所用放射源强度小、能量低、使用安全;仪表电子线路和结构简单,使用、维修方便。此仪表作为自动化仪表,可对矿浆浓度进行自动监测,其测量误≯±2%,并可输出直流毫伏信号,供记录指示装置、计算装置或控制系统使用。
This article introduces the simple work principle, performance and index of the counting tubular radioisotope ore slurry densimeter jointly developed by Anshan Iron and Steel Institute and Sinosteel Sinter Plant. The situation and the result of several industrial tests of the instrument are introduced. Practice has proved that the instrument performance is stable, reliable work; instrument used radioactive source intensity, low energy, safe use; instrument electronic circuit and the structure is simple, easy to use and maintain. As an automatic instrument, this instrument can automatically monitor the pulp concentration. The measurement error is ± 2%, and the DC millivolt signal can be output for the record indicating device, calculating device or control system.
