我国企业管理的一项基本原则,就是要保障在依法管理的基础上,实现劳动用工制度的科学化。深圳是我国改革开放的试验区,在深圳率先实现劳动用工制度的法制化与科学化,具有辐射内地、带动与影响周边地区的示范作用。 但在目前,据笔者对深圳有关材料披露的劳工管理工作中存在的问题分析,大致还有如下几方面的情况应引起有关部门的重视:
One of the basic principles of enterprise management in China is to guarantee the scientificization of labor employment systems on the basis of legal management. Shenzhen is a pilot area for China’s reform and opening up. It has taken the lead in realizing the legalization and scientification of the labor and employment system in Shenzhen, and it has the exemplary role of radiating the hinterland, stimulating and influencing the surrounding areas. However, at present, according to the author’s analysis of the issues concerning the labor management work disclosed in relevant materials in Shenzhen, there are roughly the following aspects that should be brought to the attention of relevant departments:
