现代化的医院少不了完善的绩效考核与合理的分配制度的应用,绩效考核与分配制度有效的应用与创新能够激发医务工作者及其他医院工作人员的工作积极性、推动医院发展。本文主要分析了医院绩效考核制度、分配制度的意义与原则,并探究了医院绩效考核及分配制度的合理、有效的应用及改革创新。
The modern hospitals can not only improve the performance appraisal and the rational distribution system, the performance appraisal and distribution system, effective application and innovation can inspire medical workers and other hospital staff enthusiasm to promote the development of the hospital.
