车辙已经成为高速公路沥青路面主要病害,大纵坡和连续上坡路段尤其严重。该文以国内某两条高速公路大纵坡和连续上坡沥青路面车辙病害跟踪调查数据为基础,从环境温度、行车速度、轴载和材料性能及结构方面分析了车辙产生的客观原因。分析表明,大纵坡和连续上坡沥青路面车辙控制应结合路段实际条件开展结构组合和材料设计。
Rutting has become the main disease of expressway asphalt pavement, especially in large longitudinal and continuous uphill sections. Based on the data of rutting tracking survey on both longitudinal and continuous asphalted road surfaces of two expressways in China, the objective reasons of rutting are analyzed from the aspects of ambient temperature, driving speed, axle load and material properties and structure. Analysis shows that rutting control of large longitudinal and continuous asphaltic asphalt pavement should be combined with the actual conditions of the road section to carry out structural combinations and material design.
