将30例儿童骨性Ⅲ类错(月合)患者分为早期治疗组(ETG)和晚期治疗组(LTG)12例未治疗的骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)儿童为对照组,同样分为早期对照组(ECG)和晚期对照组(LCG)。治疗组患儿在治疗前(T_1),治疗6个月后(T_2),对照组患儿在观察前(T_3),观察6个月后(T_4)分别拍摄X线头影侧位片。测出6个月内平均疗效与患儿牙与颌骨生长发育量之和(T_2~T_1),6个月内牙与颌骨平均增长量的大小(T_4~T_3)。结果:ETG与ECG,LTG与LCG比较,各测量项目在矢状方向上均发生显著变化,而ETG与LTG比较差异不甚明显。A点在ETG相对LTG显著前移,其它测量项目无显著性差异。认为用前方牵引结合上颌扩弓疗法对混合牙列早期患者疗效显著,对替牙(牙合)后期与恒牙(牙合)早期仍可获得相似的矫治效果。
Thirty children with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were divided into two groups: untreated skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion children (ETG) and advanced treatment group (LTG) For the early control group (ECG) and late control group (LCG). The children in the treatment group were treated with T 1 before treatment and T 2 after treatment for 6 months. The children in the control group were photographed before the observation (T 3) and after 6 months (T 4). The mean curative effect within 6 months, the total amount of teeth and jaw growth and development (T 2 ~ T 1) and the average increment of teeth and jaw (T 4 ~ T 3) within 6 months were measured. Results: Compared with ECG, LTG and LCG, all the measured items changed significantly in sagittal direction, but the difference between ETG and LTG was not obvious. A point ETG relative LTG significantly forward, the other measurements no significant difference. It is considered that the effect of anterior traction combined with maxillary expansion is significant in the early stage of mixed dentition, and the similar effect can be obtained in the early period of the occlusal and permanent dentition.
