有专家指出:“当前国内消费市场需求不旺,除了与居民收入水平、收支预期、市场缺乏新的消费热点有关外,还与因市场秩序混乱、不讲信用造成消费者信心不足有直接联系。建立起诚实守信的良好市场秩序,树立消费者信心,让消费者愿买、敢买,可以进一步激活市场”。此言极是。不讲信用表现在何处?表现在:假冒伪劣商品充斥市场,消费者上当受骗的事时有发生;一些商家的承诺只停留在口头上,真正兑现的不多;“短斤缺两”现象普遍存在,大到商品房、家用汽车、生产资料,小到烟酒糖茶等生活日用品,都有此弊;价格上的欺诈行为,同样一件商品,各家商场标价不一样,到底值多少,消费者心里直打鼓。这样的事情多了,就会影响消费者的消费信心。
