绩效管理几乎是所有组织长期研究和关注的重点领域,本文通过“透视”香港机场管理局的绩效管理系统,剖析香港机场管理局自上而下,分类分层的绩效管理基本程序、指标内容以及考核方式,进而引发笔者在现阶段组织推行绩效管理过程中对考核方式方法选择的思考,以此探讨未来组织绩效管理的改进与完善。特别是南航事件后,有关航空公司和机场当局的管理系统失灵问题也引起了人们的广泛关注,希望此文能够有所助益。
Performance management is almost a focus area of long-term research and attention of all organizations. This paper analyzes the basic procedures of performance management of Airport Authority of Hong Kong from top to bottom and hierarchical classification through “Perspective” HK Airport’s performance management system. Content and assessment methods, and then lead the author in the present stage of the organization to implement performance management process of thinking on the choice of assessment methods, in order to explore the future organizational performance management improvement and improvement. Especially after the incident of China Southern Airlines, the management system failures of airlines and airport authorities also caused widespread concern. I hope this article can be helpful.
