保安服务业发展到今天,运作模式一直沿袭着传统的经营方式。改革的深入、市场的发育,使越来越多的保安服务公司感到传统体制所带来的局限,政企不分的体制与市场运作模式所产生的矛盾,让企业经营困难重重。如何突破阻碍保安服务业健康发展的瓶颈,一些保安服务公司已开始尝试改革,将有限责任公司、股份有限公司等现代企业经营模式引入保安企业。这种尝试性的改革无论对企业自身的成长,还是对保安服务业的整体发展,都具有重要现实意义。在本期茶座中,编辑部邀请许肃军、姜志国、魏天明、孙风雨、刘志杰五位老总就保安企业发展中的体制改革问题进行探讨。
Security services to today, the mode of operation has been followed the traditional mode of operation. With the deepening of reform and the development of the market, more and more security service companies feel the limitations brought about by the traditional system. The conflicts between the system of government-enterprise division and the market operation mode make the enterprises run into difficulties. How to break through the bottleneck that hinders the healthy development of the security service industry, some security service companies have begun to try reforms to introduce modern enterprise management models such as limited liability companies and joint stock limited companies into security companies. This tentative reform has an important practical significance both for the enterprise’s own growth and for the overall development of the security service industry. In this period of teahouses, the editorial department invited five chief executives Xu Zijun, Jiang Zhiguo, Wei Tianming, Sun Fengyu and Liu Zhijie to discuss the system reform in the development of security enterprises.
