广西处于中国南部,背靠大西南,相对全国而言经济社会发展属于落后欠发达地区,至从1997年5月广西第一条高速公路(桂林至柳州高速公路)通车运营以来,据不完全统计,截至2013年底,广西高速公路总里程达到3305公里,目前在建高速公路项目742公里;随着广西县县通高速的战略部署,高速公路将持续大发展,高速公路从业人员将持续扩大,新形势下如何稳定的好员工队伍直接影响到中国西南最便捷的出海通道的安全畅通;本文侧重通过对偏远贫困地区高速公路收费员工队伍工作、生活、思想现状及存在问题进行分析,对存在问题提出了应对措施及可行性的建议。
