针对混合料级配控制迄今没有可遵循的准则,研究了混合料级配控制方法。研究指出一种混合料应控制其公称最大粒径对应的筛孔,以及小于它,从2.36 mm起按2倍递增的各筛孔,即下面层用5种,上、中面层用4种合格集料。提出了集料规格选用规则;利用合格集料筛分资料设计了8种常用混合料,将设计级配同要求值比较,检验了混合料级配控制方法。使用合格集料并利用级配控制技术使设计混合料级配与要求一致,就能够大幅度减少路面离析,减少维修费用,延长路面寿命。
To date, there are no guidelines that can be followed for the grading control of mixtures, and the grading control method is studied. The study indicates that a mixture should control the mesh size corresponding to its nominal maximum grain size and smaller than it, each mesh size increasing by 2 times from 2.36 mm, that is, 5 types of the lower layer, 4 types of upper and middle layers Qualified aggregate. The rules for the selection of aggregate specifications are proposed. Eight kinds of commonly used compounds are designed based on the screening data of qualified aggregates. The design gradation is compared with the required values to test the gradation control method. The use of qualified aggregates and the use of grading control technology to make design mix gradation in line with the requirements can greatly reduce pavement segregation, reduce maintenance costs and extend pavement life.
