以中超联赛、欧洲冠军联赛比赛的停顿规律为研究对象,运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等。认为中超联赛和欧冠联赛在场均停顿时间、场均停顿次数和场均每次停顿时间方面存在非常显著性差异(P值<0.01);将中超联赛和欧冠联赛不同停顿方式场均停顿次数进行独立样本T检验,中超联赛和欧冠联赛在犯规场均停顿次数方面具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);中超联赛和欧冠联赛在球员受伤、不服从判罚等方面具有显著性差异;中超联赛和欧冠联赛全场比赛平均密度具有显著性差异(P<0.01);中超联赛和欧冠联赛在持续40秒以上的时间段中,中超联赛在次数上明显少于欧冠联赛,说明中超联赛比赛中运动员动用乳酸系统供能的概率要比欧冠联赛低。通过比较得到如下训练学启示:1)加大裁判员的判罚力度,最大程度地减少球员的恶意犯规、佯装受伤等消极比赛的情况,尽可能多地增加比赛的净时间;2)通过模拟比赛的不同时间段,有针对性地减少球员的训练间歇,提高球员的身体机能。
