目的了解一种复方含氯消毒剂的杀菌效果与腐蚀性,进行悬液定量杀菌试验与金属腐蚀试验。方法用卫生部卫生与法规监督司的消毒技术规范进行检验。结果以含有效氯2000mg/L溶液作用45min或1500mg/L溶液作用60min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率均为100%;以含有效氯300mg/L溶液15min或200mg/L溶液作用20min,对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率均为100%;以含有效氯300mg/L溶液15min或100mg/L溶液作用20min,对悬液中大肠杆菌杀灭率均为100%。结论将该消毒剂于54℃放置14d,有效氯含量下降率为7.3%;该剂为杀菌效果、稳定性较好的消毒剂。
