作者首先复习了此种损害命名的来源,以后提到诊断的条件如下:1.境界清楚的隆起皮肤结节,2.由梭形组织细胞增生所组成的,3.用Ziehl氏染色时,这些细胞带有很完整而着色很好的麻风杆菌。作者对这类损害曾有过4例观察,其特点有;1.临床皮疹表现为坚实的皮下及真皮结节,圆形或卵圆形,界限清楚,外形规则,表面平滑,有光泽。2.组织学检查可见假性肿瘤样增生,位于真皮全层,压迫了表皮及其附属器官,有假包膜形成,此种肿物由形态一致的梭形组织细胞组成。单凭这一点,病理学家有时可诊断成组织细胞纤维瘤。3.Ziehl氏染色时可见大量麻风杆菌,在组织细胞内群集呈梭形束状,但很少呈菌球。
The author first reviewed the sources of such damage and named the conditions for subsequent diagnosis as follows: 1. Clearly defined raised skin nodules, 2. This mass consisted of spindle-shaped cells with uniform morphology. Based on this alone, pathologists can sometimes diagnose histological fibroids. 3. Ziehl’s staining shows a large number of Leprosy bacilli, clustered in a fusiform bundle within the tissue cells, but rarely present.
