在实验室实验的基础上,通过在导纸辊的辊面上分别喷涂过氟烷基化物(PFA)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)以及在导纸辊的辊体上套全氟代乙丙烯(FEP)防粘管,结果显示:喷涂层和防粘套管均具有良好的防粘性、耐蚀性和热稳定性。综合考虑选择PTFE作为最佳防粘材料,采用喷涂方式应用于生产进行验证,生产应用表明:PTFE喷涂层的防粘效果显著,有利于改善纸张表面质量,提高抄造量和成品率,减轻表面施胶岗位职工的劳动强度。
On the basis of laboratory experiments, perfluoroalkyl alkylate (PFA), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) were sprayed on the roller surface of the paper guide roller, and perfluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) anti-sticking tube. The results show that the sprayed coating and the anti-sticking sleeve have good anti-sticking property, corrosion resistance and thermal stability. Taking into account the selection of PTFE as the best anti-sticking material, the spraying method is applied to the production for verification. The production application shows that the anti-sticking effect of the PTFE sprayed layer is remarkable, which helps to improve the surface quality of paper, increase the amount of papermaking and the finished product rate, Labor intensity of workers in plastic posts.
