造纸行业是我国重点耗能行业之一,煤炭和电力消耗占总能耗的80%以上。通过结合“十一五”节能工作的经验及国内外造纸节能技术的发展,提出当前造纸行业煤炭利用过程中主要节能技术——黑液碱回收、污泥回收与煤混烧、自备燃煤电站蒸汽能量梯级利用和自备燃煤电站热电冷三联产技术。采用生命周期评价(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA)分析了这3种技术的节能效果;并在SWOT(Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats)分析的基础上,提出煤炭利用过程中节能技术发展的策略。在此基础上,对管理节能、结构调整节能、技术节能方式对于完成造纸行业“十二五”节能目标的贡献度进行了预测。
Paper industry is one of China’s key energy-consuming industries, coal and electricity consumption accounted for more than 80% of total energy consumption. Combining with the experience of “Eleventh Five-Year” energy-saving work and the development of paper-making energy-saving technologies at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the main energy-saving technologies in the process of coal utilization in the current papermaking industry: black liquor alkali recovery, sludge recovery and coal blending, Cascade Utilization of Steam Energy of Coal - fired Power Station and Cogeneration Technology of Self - provided Coal - fired Power Station. Based on the analyzes of SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats), the strategies of energy saving in coal utilization are proposed. The life cycle assessment (LCA) is used to analyze the energy saving effects of the three technologies. On this basis, the contribution of energy conservation, structural adjustment and energy saving, and energy saving technologies to the completion of the “12th Five-Year” energy saving target in the paper industry were predicted.
