目的:了解昆山市噪声环境作业人员的健康状况,早期发现职业禁忌症与职业病,为治理噪声环境、保护作业人员健康提供科学依据。方法:收集2013年昆山市噪声环境作业人员共3817人的职业健康体检资料,对其进行统计学分析。结果:3817人中,检出1821人2598项异常,异常人数检出率47.71%,与性别、工龄具有统计学意义上的相关性,与年龄无相关性;听力损伤检出388人,检出率10.17%,与性别、年龄、工龄都存在统计学意义上的相关性。结论:职业性噪声危害可造成不可逆的听力损伤,必须加强相关的职业健康体检,并做好噪声监管、治理和个人防护工作。
Objective: To understand the health status of noise environment workers in Kunshan City, early detection of occupational contraindications and occupational diseases, to provide a scientific basis for the management of noise environment and the protection of the health of workers. Methods: A total of 3817 occupational health examination materials were collected from noise environment workers in Kunshan City in 2013, and their statistical analysis was conducted. Results: Out of 3,817 people, 2598 abnormalities were detected in 1821 people and the detection rate of abnormal number was 47.71%. There was a statistically significant correlation with gender and length of service, but no correlation with age. 388 were detected in hearing impairment, The rate of 10.17%, and sex, age, length of service are statistically significant correlation. Conclusion: Occupational noise hazards can cause irreversible hearing loss. Occupational health examination must be strengthened and noise monitoring, treatment and personal protection should be well done.
