工作在矿井下恶劣环境中的保护装置,要求其通信系统的可靠性高、实时性好、灵活性强,因此选用CAN通信作为井下保护装置的通信方式。保护装置选用的处理器为TMS320F2812,其具有e CAN外设模块,此外设e CAN模块包含CAN控制器,因此井下保护装置CAN通信模块只需借助CAN收发器SN65HVD232,即F2812的CANTXA与CANRXA端口与SN65HND232的对应端口D与R连接,再与相应的井下抗干扰措施配合,可实现井下保护装置高效稳定的通信。
Working in harsh mine environment protection device, requiring high reliability of its communication system, real-time, and flexibility, so use CAN communication as a communication device downhole protection. The processor used for the protection device is TMS320F2812, which has e CAN peripheral module. In addition, the e CAN module contains the CAN controller. Therefore, the downhole protection device CAN communication module only needs the CAN transceiver SN65HVD232, that is, the CANTXA and CANRXA ports of F2812 and The corresponding port D of SN65HND232 is connected with R, and then cooperated with the corresponding downhole anti-interference measures to achieve efficient and stable communication of downhole protection devices.
