基于2011年JCR网络版,对128种食品科技类来源期刊的主要文献计量学指标,包括期刊所属国家和地区、出版语言、出版频率、出版机构、年发文量、影响因子、总被引频次、立即指数、被引半衰期、特征因子分值,进行了全面的统计与分析,确定了24种食品科技优秀学术期刊,并探讨了我国食品科技期刊的国际化举措。
Based on the JCR online version of 2011, the main bibliometric indicators of 128 food science and technology journals, including the periodicals and regions, publishing languages, publishing frequency, publishing agencies, annual quotas, impact factors, total number of cites, Instant index, cited half-life, feature factor scores, conducted a comprehensive statistics and analysis, identified 24 kinds of food science and technology outstanding academic journals, and discussed the internationalization of China’s food science and technology journals.
