根据近10多年来从事水稻光周期敏感核不育研究的经验,对该领域中研究思路和结果的发展与 变化进行了概要地回顾.并根据该领域研究中所出现的新现象和新数据,对长期以来在植物光周期现 象研究中占统治地位的开花素假说及其思维方法进行了认真的反思.发现在开花素学说及类似的对植 物光周期现象的研究思路中,忽略了一个关键性的问题,即对叶片信号物质所引起的开花现象是否一 定应该具有专一性,提出了一个新的观点,即在植物光周期现象的叶片信号与茎端形态建成事件之间, 叶片信号不具特异性,光周期反应中茎端形态建成主要由茎端决定.
Based on the experiences of the research on photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile in rice for more than 10 years, the development and changes of research ideas and results in this field were briefly reviewed. Based on the new phenomena and new data emerging from the research in this field, the author has carefully reconsidered the long-standing purpurin hypothesis and its thinking method that are the dominant species in the study of plant photoperiodic phenomena. It is found that one of the key issues in the research on the apathetic theory and similar research on the photoperiod phenomenon of plants is neglected. Whether or not the flowering phenomenon caused by leaf signal substances must be specific, a new viewpoint is proposed , That is, there is no specific signal between leaf signal and shoot tip formation event of plant photoperiod. The formation of shoot tip in photoperiodic response is mainly determined by shoot tip.
