大型建筑企业工程项目涉及到的子工程较多,若采用单一项目管理,可能存在管理上的滞后性与疏漏,影响管理效果。本文首先分析了多项目管理的特点,阐述了多项目管理对大型项目工程的意义,并在此基础上针对其具体应用提出几点建议,希望能够对多项目管理的实施有所帮助。
There are many sub-projects involved in a large-scale construction enterprise project. If a single project management is adopted, there may be management lag and omission, which will affect the management effect. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of multi-project management, elaborates the significance of multi-project management to large-scale project engineering, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions for its specific application, hoping to be helpful for the implementation of multi-project management.
