用超声透射法对复合材料蜂窝夹芯构件进行了检测试验,分析了在检测过程中板波传播的基本特点,并对检测部位进行了解剖验证。试验发现当粘合胶分布不均匀或产生脱胶现象时,会使透射的超声信号幅值降低,据此规律可对复合材料蜂窝构件的胶接质量进行无损检测。
Ultrasonic transmission method was used to test the composite honeycomb sandwich structure. The basic characteristics of plate wave propagation in the process of detection were analyzed, and the anatomical verification of the test site was carried out. It was found that when the adhesive distribution is uneven or degumming occurs, the amplitude of the transmitted ultrasonic signal will be reduced. According to the law, non-destructive testing can be performed on the quality of the cemented composite honeycomb structure.
