采用WGA—HRP及HRP法研究了大鼠斜角带核水平支(HDB)的传入和传出纤维联系,结果表明:1.HDB有少量纤维投射到新皮质,与古皮质、旧皮质及过渡皮质间存在着少量的往返纤维联系;2.HDB与皮质下核间存在着广泛的纤维联系,其中大部分属于双向联系;3.一些与疼痛感受和调节有关的结构,如内侧隔核、杏仁复合体、中缝核、导水管周围灰质、丘脑内侧核、外侧缰核、蓝斑及扣带皮质均与HDB有纤维联系。HDB可能与疼痛反应有着较密切的关系。
The WGA-HRP and HRP methods were used to study the afferent and efferent fiber connections of the horizontal bony branches (HDB) in the bevel zone of rats. The results showed that: 1.HDB had a small amount of fibers projecting onto the neocortex, There is a small amount of reciprocating fiber connection between the transitional cortex.2.HDB and the subcortical nuclear there is a wide range of fiber links, most of which belong to the two-way relationship; 3 and some of the pain and regulation of the structure, such as medial septal, Almond complex, the middle of the raphe, the periaqueductal gray, the medial thalamus, lateral habenular nucleus, locus coeruleus and cingulate cortex are all associated with HDB fibers. HDB may have a closer relationship with the pain response.
