目的通过临床试验对比,探究小儿豉翅清热颗粒治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性。方法选择2011年2月~2013年2月在天津市津南区小站医院就诊的患儿120例,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,两组各60人,观察组患儿使用小儿豉翅清热颗粒口服治疗,对照组患儿使用利巴韦林颗粒口服治疗,准确记录两组患儿各项临床症状消失的时间,同时对比两组患儿的康复情况和不良反应发生情况,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果两组患儿各项临床症状消失时间(退热时间、鼻塞流涕好转时间、咽喉红肿消失时间)对比,观察组短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组药物疗效对比情况,观察组治疗有效率为98.33%,显著高于对照组86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿没有出现不良反应情况,对照组出现两例,两组差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过临床对比可以证明,小儿豉翅清热颗粒在治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染具有良好的疗效,同时具有一定安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of pediatric Huazhi Qingre granules in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children through clinical trials. Results Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of the clinical symptoms (the time of antipyretic, the time of the nasal obstruction and flow of the runny nose, the disappearance of the throat and the swelling of the throat) in the two groups were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05) The curative effect of the observation group was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the observation group and two cases in the control group The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Through clinical comparison, it can be proved that Pedigree Huangpi Qingre Granule has a good curative effect in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children, meanwhile, it has certain safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
