目的探讨采用微波消解石墨炉原子吸收测定工作场所空气中铬及其化合物含量的检测方法。方法对微孔滤膜采集样品进行微波消解处理,取20μL消解液进样,选择灰化温度为1 300℃,原子化温度为2 500℃石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中铬的含量。结果本方法的最低检出质量浓度为2.7×10-4 mg/m3;相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.70%~1.80%之间,1μg/L~5μg/L添加范围内加标回收率在96.00%~104.00%之间。结论采用本方法检测工作场所空气中铬含量,方法快速,结果准确,灵敏度高。
Objective To investigate the determination of chromium and its compounds in the workplace by microwave digestion and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Microporous membrane samples were collected and subjected to microwave digestion. 20μL digestion solution was injected into the membrane. The ashing temperature was selected as 1 300 ℃ and the graphite was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with an atomization temperature of 2 500 ℃. Results The minimum detectable concentration of this method was 2.7 × 10-4 mg / m3. The relative standard deviations (n = 6) ranged from 0.70% to 1.80%. The spiked recoveries ranged from 1μg / L to 5μg / L Between 96.00% ~ 104.00%. Conclusion The method for the determination of chromium in the workplace air, rapid method, accurate results, high sensitivity.
